PALS University
Discover. Connect. Grow.
PALS University is CDD’s adult day program, where individuals with developmental disabilities can build friendships, explore their interests, learn new skills, and stay connected to their community.
At PALS U, we believe everyone deserves a day filled with purpose, choice, and opportunities to try something new. Individuals help shape how they spend their time, whether that means getting creative, learning a new skill, heading out into the community, staying active, volunteering, or simply spending time with friends.

Something for Everyone
No two days at PALS U have to look the same. Activities are designed around the interests, abilities, and goals of the individuals we support.
Opportunities may include arts and crafts, music, photography, cooking, games, fitness and recreation, technology, educational activities, volunteering, and other experiences that encourage creativity, confidence, and independence.

Get Out and Explore
Some of the best experiences happen beyond the walls of PALS U. Individuals have opportunities to explore their communities, visit local attractions, attend events, enjoy restaurants and parks, volunteer, and discover new places and activities.
These experiences aren't just about having fun. They're opportunities to practice independence, make choices, build social skills, develop confidence, and become more connected to the community.

Friendships & Belonging
PALS U is also a place to belong. Individuals have opportunities to meet people, build lasting friendships, discover shared interests, and enjoy experiences together.
Our team provides individualized support so each person can participate in ways that are meaningful and comfortable for them while continuing to work toward their personal goals.
PALS U’s Photography Club gives participants the opportunity to explore their creativity, capture moments that inspire them, and share the world through their perspective. Check out some of their work!
Your Day. Your Interests. Your Possibilities.
Whether discovering a new hobby, spending the afternoon with friends, volunteering in the community, learning something new, or heading out on an adventure, PALS U gives individuals opportunities to make each day their own.
Because a meaningful day isn't one-size-fits-all—and at PALS U, that's exactly the point.
